Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

We gladly accept returns by mail. Merchandise is eligible for return within 30 days of delivery and must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags, packaging and labels attached. Please note, we do not accept exchanges, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.

  

Instructions for Returns by Mail

    1. To return an item, please enclose the packing slip in with your purchase and clearly mark the reason for your return. Simply return your parcel to the post office making sure to get a proof of postage.   
    2. Can’t find your packing slip? Include a note with your full name, order number, email address and selection(s) from step one.   
    3. Securely package your item(s) using original packaging if possible.   
    4. Select a carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) that provides a tracking number and pay all shipping fees.   
    5. Ship to the following address: Event Merchandising, Stanley Kubrick Store, Unit 11, The Edge Business Centre, Humber Rd, London NW2 6EW

     

    Damaged or Defective Merchandise

    If your return is the result of an error on our part please email us with images of the defect. If incorrect items or sizes were shipped or merchandise has a manufacturer defect or damage sustained during shipping we will provide a full refund including postage costs. 

    Processing Times

    Returns submitted by mail will be processed within two weeks of delivery to the warehouse. Refunds are issued in the form of payment originally used when your order was placed. Once issued, the refund will typically appear on your billing statement within 7-10 business days.
